The reason I did was simple. Excluding this, I only read Sidharta from Hesse, so I can’t really judge him by five stories including the three little ones at the end but i suppose he was desperately looking for some kind of ethernal peace, because in every story of him, there is at least one character, who already reached that kind of peace in his life, with actually going out of real life, and living his own life inside his brain, like Siddharta, the Jogi at the last story, the old priest in the second one or the old music master.
I expected it to be better but as everyone knows we all have a preference and just because I didn’t like it doesn’t mean abaloriios won’t either.
