I’ll be really very grateful. Page 8 of 8. In theory, you could try to build something that scans a MBit signal at MHz You must log in or register to reply 25n771.
Fri Sep 25, 8: Just for completeness I’m adding the pin assignments for that DAC module you would have to “mirror” this when plugging the module into a PCB or such. Users browsing this forum: Thread starter amdkicksass Start date Aug 19, Right If you look at Q1 and Q2 the emitter is the left most pin? High power NPN transistor. First i should say there are a few airwires that have been removed to make the image easier seen.
The R-2R ladder looks a bit like that in the AD datasheet, but I’m not sure about that little “asymmetry” in the resistor values, would be nice if an engineer would be able to explain this. When looking at the resistor values for the upper 4 Bits in the resistor ladder, I think they were a bit “tweaked” to give the DAC a better linearity maybe depending on the electrical parameters of the ECL chips and transistors.

Maybe i am confused or something but something does not dataasheet sense here with Q1 and Q2. Oh, I forgot, also there are different packages for a given transistor with different pinouts 2n has several, for example. IMHO this might implicate that the manufacturer of the module did test the electrical parameters of the chips, of the transistors, and maybe of the resistors too before inserting those components into the PCB.

If you look at transistor T1-T4 you will see that the emitter is the most right transistor pin at the pcb schematic? Now that you had mentioned “No static current”: The problem it seems is that Q1 and Q2 have the emitter and collector flipped.
Same thing for PO74G74A. Started by fastline Yesterday at 8: Torben Well-Known Member Aug 20, I would appreciate it if someone could explain this to me a bit, or at the least explain to me Eagles orientation of these transistors. Who could datashert me? Potentiometer Questions Started by norbss Yesterday at I datashee 3 days searching for a problem on a SMPS. I’ve seen the datasheet of 2N Welcome to our site! Mon Feb 05, 6: Sat Dec 30, 6: Hi, Is R11 next to R9?
Well, its a normal resistor ladder. Mon Jan 08, Even if i was to assume that orientation is correcttransistors T1-T4 are even different. Those two 2N transistors look interesting. To participate you need to register. Would be interesting to see a “supply current versus clock frequency” graph for the PO74GA flipflop, didn’t see something like that in the datasheet. In both cases, the resistors limit the amount of current that goes through the output driver, so you get different voltage levels according to which output is active.
