Maybe i am confused or something but something does not dataasheet sense here with Q1 and Q2. Oh, I forgot, also there are different packages for a given transistor with different pinouts 2n has several, for example. IMHO this might implicate that the manufacturer of the module did test the electrical parameters of the chips, of the transistors, and maybe of the resistors too before inserting those components into the PCB.
